Start the day right with a relaxing mobility & flexibility session with Marina Violinha. Inspired by yoga and movement culture, this one hour session focuses on hip mobility and splits, challenging you with exercises that will build not only flexibility but also balance, control, strength, and body awareness.

Friday, 12th February7am – 8amHIIT Workout with Nike Run Club Coach & Nike Ambassador, Manal Rostom

An hour long High Intensity Interval full body workout with three sets of exercises targeting lower body, upper body & core, capped with relaxing streching and breathing exercises

 6pm – 7pmSunset yoga & restorative meditation
with Stephanie Millman

A relaxing and fun Vinyasa Yoga class with flowing poses that will open your body, heart and soul while enjoying the beautiful sunset over the sea. Finished off with a relaxing restorative meditation to let go of any stress or worries.

Saturday, 13th February7am – 8amBox Session with Sara Al Sayegh

Get the adrenaline flowing with a fast-paced 45-minute fusion of boxing & Muaythai session with Sara Al Sayegh. Participants will get a quick intro to the “Art of 8 Limbs” and will then see how it can be incorporated to a fun dynamic workout.
